Day 10 ! 1/3 into my journey of #burpeeswithoalchallenge #50burpeesfor30dayschallenge v2021. Wanted to create a workout circuit for today, but ended up too busy planning for the MCO 2.0 that’s coming in next two days. It’s needed. What has to be done, has to be done. Just like this commitment to the challenge.

On the 13th I plan to do a specially designed Fat Burning Cardio “50 HAH Circuit” after the 50 burpees. I encourage everyone to try it. I’ll post it tomorrow. And you guys can try it on 13th January.
